Hot and Fast Baby Back Ribs

submitted by Steve McElroy on 07/20/15 1

In this video, I cook baby back ribs using a "hot and fast" method. Compared to my normal 5-6 hour cook at 200°-225°, this cook was at 325° for a total of about 3:15-3:30 hours. The ribs came our super tender, almost too tender. Next time I'll probably only foil for about an hour. The flavor on these was just as good as my normal 5-6 hour method. Give this a try and let me know what you think. Blog: bbqbros.net Facebook: www.facebook.com/BBQBrosBlog Twitter: twitter.com/#!/BBQBrosBlog Pinterest: pinterest.com/bbqbros/
