How to Smoke Spare Ribs on the Grill Dome Kamado

This was my first spare rib cook on the Grill Dome kamado. I cooked at 250° the entire cook and went with a 3 hr (no foil) - 2 hr (foiled) - 1/2 hr (sauced) approach.
