How To Build A "Mini" Weber Smokey Mountain

submitted by Steve McElroy on 07/20/15 1

Just built my first "Mini" Weber Smokey Mountain, or more commonly referred to as a "Mini WSM", and wanted to shoot a quick video to give you an overview of how I did it. It was super easy and a lot of fun. Total cost including the Smokey Joe Gold, the Tel-Tru BQ300 BBQ thermometer, the extra grate and the hardware was approximately $120. Not bad for a legit smoker that I'll be able to take on camping trips and big tailgate parties! And...sorry several parts of the video were blurry. I couldn't see much b/c of how bright it was outside and couldn't tell my camera wasn't focusing during certain parts.. :( Here's the link to the post on my blog: bbqbros.net/how-to-build-a-mini-weber-smokey-mountain/ Blog: bbqbros.net Instagram: instagram.com/bbqbros Facebook: www.facebook.com/pages/BBQ-Bros/227164197360480 Twitter: twitter.com/#!/BBQBrosBlog Pinterest: pinterest.com/bbqbros/
