I don't think I clarified in the video but this 'RANT' is squarely aimed at those early teen numpties, on the road for the first time, who jump on a scooter and simply don't give a shit. It's not aimed at those ladies and gents simply using these things as a cheap work commuter. Also, if you're a youngster, on two wheels for the first time, starting a biking life on a twist and go scooter and are sensible, observant, respectful of the road and those others on it, then I sincerely apologise for lumping you in with the brain dead morons I constantly encounter. Like the title states, I simply call it like I see it. All the best.
