Cut recipe in half if there is just 4 people in your family. ingredients: 1.5 lbs ground beef 2 large 14-16oz cans of Enchilada Sauce 1 large 24 oz. jar of your favorite salsa 1 can sliced olives 16 oz. sour cream 1 onion diced 2 lbs. Mexican blend cheese (yellow and white mixed) shredded 1 lb. Mexican blend or Taco cheese shredded 2 bags of tortilla chips Directions: Brown ground beef with diced onions smash up tortilla chips and pour into a very large mixing bowl or big pot Pour in Salsa, Enchilada Sauce, 2 lbs bag of cheese, meat and onions and mix well put into casserole dish. Bake at 350 for one hour top off servings with sour cream and olive slices
