Yan Nan Fei (The Geese's Journey South Song Suite) is composed by Ren Ce (任策). CCCT performed this song in their 29th Annual Concert on November 3, 2012. The song suite describes the great geese's migrate to south, braving the elements, facing dangers along the way, the finally soaring high in the bright sunny sky towards freedom. The composer also used the music and lyric to reflect his despair about his broken homeland and his yarning to a better place far away. There are five movements: 1. 序歌 ( Introduction) 2. 創傷 (Injury) 3. 征途 (The Journey) 4. 海歌 (Song of the Seas) 5. 展翅 (Soaring)
