The ability to stabilize yourself during the golf swing is a critical part to hitting consistent golf shots. Try this single leg balance test both with your eyes open and eyes closed. If you can hold this position for 15 seconds you are on your way to excellent balance. If not, perform the following exercises several times per week to increase body awareness and stabilizer muscle to support in your balance. Be sure to retest your self after a few weeks to gauge your improvement. Cheers to better golf!
