In April on 2012 he logged a world record wingsuit flight breaking some records: the highest wingsuit flight (37.265 ft), the longest wingsuit flight (16.31 km) and the longest wingsuit flight time recorded (9 min 6 sec). Jhonathan finished 4th in the grandprix of 2012, came back to win last year in 2013 and he is one of the favorites to win again in 2014. The World Wingsuit League (WWL) was formed to meet the demand of “proximity flyers” for competitions that tested their skills not just against the mountains but against each other. It administers invitational wingsuit flying competition events worldwide.
