A few weeks ago I got a chance to catch up with Add-2 and the rest of the Jamla Squad at their album release party in New York. The new album Jamla is the Squad is the truth and it provides further evidence that 9th Wonder is a beast in everything he does. Whether it's producing for some of the biggest artists in the game like Jay-Z, educating young minds about hip hop or putting together a team of artists and producers to make quality music, 9th Wonder is that dude. One of the newest members of his team is Chicago MC Add-2. I've been a fan of his worked since I heard the song Modern Day Coons back in 2011. A few months later I interviewed him for my radio show in South Korea, but it was good to finally catch up with him in person. Check out the interview and leave me your 2 cents.
