Making effective use of every minute during tax season! Annette was frustrated after being on hold with the IRS this morning for over one hour for a client...and then got disconnected. After calling back and waiting close to another 45 minutes, the IRS agent gave her a different number to call. SERIOUSLY??!! I'm glad we were able to do this for the client so our client could go about running his own business!
