Renee’s class, “A Taste of the Mediterranean”, included: hummus, baba ghanoush, warmed olives with grilled vegetables, fattoush salad, beef kofta with pine nuts, herbed couscous, phyllo ricotta triangles, stuffed apricots and nana tea.
