Here's a handful of driving tips and vehicle mechanics that can help make that driving experience just a liiiiittle bit more enjoyable, for those of us who usually go down in a ball of flames. More tips from the comments section in the description below. Also, special thanks to Energyone (www.youtube.com/energyone) for the heads up about the "tap to accelerate." That will confuse them and give you the opportunity to hit them in the vulnerable back once you pop out in the other side." TheReal Cheezburger - "anti tank mines are not highlighted through thermal or nightvision that would be another point for driving with 3rd person" ImAzraa - "...when you have to recap a point dont leave a high-value vehicle exposed. IF you are the only one there, hop down but leave it away from your position. IF NOT, then stay in and provide spotting/suppressive fire to the one recapping." ShadetheDruid - "look where the hell you're going! I've lost track of the amount of times i've been run over by friendlies because they just don't pay attention" MrVisco1 - "if you press the Page Down button while in a vehicle or aircraft you will get the vehicle options menu that lets you lock the vehicle for some people and kick people." Vehrein - "A tip for (mostly upgraded) turbo is to tap the key you use only slightly more than the minimum requirement for activating it. This gives you a small boost that while not significant, leaves about half (or less than half if you're not fully upgraded in a Magrider and it doesn't regenerate proper) fuel to engage another boost. This can be useful as it allows you to split the turbo up into two sections instead of keeping them in one faster (but more easily predictable) line." John Hudson - "When in a lightning or main battle tank and you are facing the front of your tank, the controls for turning when going in reverse are switched. To avoid this and be able to retreat more effectively, simply turn your turret around to face your flank and then the turning keys will be the same as if you are facing forward." john slatter - "look both ways on and off road" gregfox - "If you're VS, bind Look Left and Look Right (in vehicle keybinds) to mouse buttons. (by default it's arrow keys. This controls your turret rotation on most vehicles, but since the magrider's gun is fixed, it spins the tank at maximum speed." Matthew Wilson - "If you want to stop sliding on a slope, say if you want to shoot at something while on a hill, you can often stop your slide simply by releasing the gas and not touching the brake or forward keys." Xilent Assassin - "You can zoom out/in your minimap using the [ ] keys when your flying as this gives you more of a heads up as to the position of other ESF's that could be possible threats. Also pressing H gives you a nice big map so in combo with a slightly zoomed out map while flying you can have the benefits of seeing other ESF's that don't have stealth from far away as well as seeing the accurate positions of shooting infantry." TheOblomoff - "When beginning to spin out on a flash/sunderer, turn in the direction it spins out - you'll be able to regain control of it." ::Attached Videos:: Wraith Cloak Review - youtu.be/nnRGPIw7VEs Tink (Engineer) Loadout - youtu.be/okZuoau0xbY Flash [Solo] Combat Guide - youtu.be/p8Bv2nYnuDo **** Donations keep this channel going! - patreon.com/Wrel -- Live streaming every Wednesday (6pm EST) - twitch.tv/wrel Get notified via text message when a new video goes live - motube.us/warpathwrel -- Check out the Let's Play channel - youtube.com/CasualWrel -- www.wrel.tv twitter.com/WrelPlays plus.google.com/+WarpathWrel facebook.com/WrelPlays
