Chocolate dipped meringues: www.youtube.com/watch?v=D6Ag0_MlWeM Nutmeg meringues: www.youtube.com/watch?v=2VgeYCClet8 4 egg whites 1 cup granulated sugar 3 tbsp flour 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/4 cups chopped chocolate covered toffee bars (like Heath bars or Skor bars) In a large saucepan set over another pot of simmering water, beat egg whites together with the sugar until foamy and opaque, about 10 minutes. Remover from heat and beat egg white mixture until cool and until egg whites are thick and glossy (about 7 minutes). Fold in flour and vanilla. Fold in toffee bar pieces. Drop by heaping tbsp onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350F for about 25 minutes until bottoms are light brown and tops are no longer shiny.
