Little bear paw cookies! These can be made with any kind of cookie recipe and can be dipped in chocolate or candy melts. Teddy bear cookie pops: www.youtube.com/watch?v=KQevuDjAvqE Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe (from allrecipes.com) 1 cup butter softened 1 cup crunchy or smooth peanut butter 1 cup white sugar 1 cup packed brown sugar 2 eggs 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt (omit if using salted butter) 1 1/2 baking soda Cream together the butter, peanut butter and sugars. Beat in the eggs and then add in the baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add the flour and then blend until smooth. Chill the dough for an hour to make it easier to work with. Remove a portion of dough and form into a bear paw shape. Place approximately 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375F for 10-12 minutes until cookies are light brown on bottom and edges. Allow to cool on cookie sheet for a few minutes and then transfer to wire rack to cool completely. Dip cooled cookies in chocolate and while chocolate is still liquid press in cashews for bea rclaws. Allow chocolate to set. I saw these in a candy shop this summer and they had used caramel patties instead of cookies. INFO ABOUT ME :) My name is Tammy and I live in Northeastern Ontario Canada.
