1 package (14oz) angel food cake mix 1/2 cup cold water 1 tsp almond extract 1 package (14 oz) or 6 cups sweetened flaked coconut 1/2 cup slivered almonds 1. beat cake mix, water and almond extract n large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until well combined. Add half the coconut beat until blended. Add remaining coconut and the almonds. Stir until blended. Drop by by tablespoons onto a greased or parchment or silicone mat covered cookie sheet about 2" apart. 3. Bake at 325F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
