Two bite cherry brownies

submitted by Curate2Educate on 06/15/15 1

Here is a brownie recipe I have made several times and it is very good! 1/2 cup butter 2 squares unsweetened chocolate (2oz) (substitute for one square = 3 tbsp cocoa and 1 tbsp butter) 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 3/4 cup flour Melt butter and chocolate. Remove from heat, stir in sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat lightly just till combined. Stir in flour. Pour batter into plastic bag or pastry bag. Fill mini muffin cups halfway with batter and then add a maraschino cherry. Top off with a little batter to cover cherry. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tops are cracked and a toothpick inserted near edge comes out clean. You can also use the maraschino cherries with the stems (leave stems sticking out) Ice the brownies if you want to. Music by Kevin Mcleod/incopetech.com
