Dipped Vanilla Crescents 1/2 cup butter softened 1/2 ground almonds 1/4 sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup all purpose flour 2 tbsp cornstarch Chocolate dip 2/3 cup chocolate chips and 1 tsp shortening Cream butter, almonds, sugar and vanilla; add flour and cornstarch, mix well. Roll into 1" balls, shape into crescents. Place on greased or parchment covered cookie sheets. Bake at 375 F for 6-8 minutes until lightly browned. Cool.
