Place meringue in a pastry bag with a star tip and pipe onto the cookie sheet in 1 1/2 inch cookies, one inch apart. You can also use a plastic bag with the corner cut or a spoon. I was out of pastry bags in this video and I used a plastic bag with a decorator tip on it. 4. Bake for 15 minutes. Turn off the oven. Let meringues dry in oven with the door closed for about an hour or until dry and crisp. Drizzle with chocolate if desired.
