Your basic all purpose sugar cookies with a cool decoration. 1 cup butter 1 cup sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 3 cups flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 egg white, lightly beaten coloured sprinkles or nonpareils 1. In large bowl, beat butter with electric mixer at medium speed for 30 seconds. Add sugar. Beat until combined, scraping bowl occasionally. Beat in egg and vanilla. 2. In a medium bowl combine flour, salt and baking powder. Stir the flour mixture into the butter mixture. Divide dough into portions (the number is up to you). Roll each portion into logs about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Wrap in plastic wrap or waxed paper and chill for several hours or overnight. 3. Preheat oven to 375F. Brush chilled logs with egg white and roll in sprinkles to coat. Cut rolls into 1/3" slices and place them on a ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 6-8 minutes until bottoms are light brown and edges set. Music by: www.youtube.com/user/audionautix Titles and opening sequence by Justavlogger.
