This recipe was brought to my attention by another Youtuber, thank you Graciezzz! www.youtube.com/user/graciezzz The website that graciezzz pm'd me about is this one: forkableblog.com/?p=122 There are some great recipes on it and it has some fantastic photos of each step in the recipe (I LOVE good photos in recipe books) 1/2 cup butter 1- 8oz package of cream cheese softened (to room temperature) 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour Jam (whatever you want!) little bit of milk little bit of sifted powdered sugar (a.k.a. confectioner's sugar or icing sugar) Using a mixer, cream butter, cream cheese together until light and fluffy. Add flour slowly and mix until a dough forms. You may have to do this by hand at the end because it will be too thick. Chill dough for 15-30 minutes in fridge. Roll out dough onto a floured surface to 1/4" thickness. Using a 2-3" cookie cutter (or edge of a drinking glass) cut out circles. Using a pastry brush or your fingers, spread a little bit of milk on one half of the edge of each dough circle. Place 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of jam on each circle. Fold over one half of the circle over the jam and seal the edges by pinching them. Place on greased or parchment covered cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes at 375F until they are light brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Music by You Tube's AUDIONAUTIX (Jason Shaw) Opening sequence (video and titles) by JustaVlogger (Dan)
