Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

This cookie recipe is easy to make and delicious. Sometimes the simple things are the best! 1/2 cup butter softened 1/2 cup chunky or smooth peanut butter 1/2 cup granulated white sugar 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1 egg 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips Preheat oven to 375F Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars until light. Add the egg and mix until fluffy. Blend the flour, baking powder, soda and salt until mixed. Stir in the chocolate chips Drop dough on on a cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls (or by using a cookie scoop) on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges and bottoms of cookies are light brown. I use a large cookie scoop and it makes about 18 cookies. I also like to roll them in white sugar prior to putting them on the cookie sheet. Music by: Jason Shaw www.youtube.com/user/audionautix
