I took a trip to visit SMS Eco-Village outside of Ashville N.C. to get some tiny home ideas. This small village was setup to be a debt free, self sustainable community with a large garden and community shower and restroom. I heard them say that these wooden 100 sq ft tiny homes only cost about $10,000. This is one way to live debt free and close to nature. A more simple life. Way to go guys!!!!
