Why are Gojis good for you? Because they detoxify your body. My Goji or Wolfberry plants are growing tall enough for me to harvest. They grow nicely in the Northeast of the US. The plants produce red berries later in the season. The berries are highly prized as they have a lot of antioxidants. The soup made from the leaves are believed to be good for the eyes as they detoxifies your body. It's best to incorporate the berries into food recipes rather than eating them alone. It's been reported that Gojis can have a blood thinning effect. The better berries come from Tibet and in your own backyard if you don't use pesticides. You can grow the plants using the seeds from the berries. Soak the berries and take out the seeds and start them in pots. Take them outside when they are a few inches tall and they will be there year after year. You can also propagate them from the cuttings. I made a video of using the berries and the leaves and here's the Link: youtu.be/gn1Z-tAf-mQ
