Upper Trapezius Stretch

In this video we demonstrate how to stretch the upper trapezius muscle. Many conditions, including headaches, shoulder pain, mid-back pain and neck pain arrize from tension built up in the upper traps. Hold each stretch for 20-30 seconds and repeat on both sides of the body. Perform this stretch 2-3 times per day. Be on the lookout for more videos coming soon from ROC Wellness Center!
