joanneameyacohen.com Welcome back! So, today is slightly different. There is no A to your Q. Rather I wanted to bring an important message to you. 1 in 4 women are experiencing depression. Only 1 of these women is seeking out support. Enter today's topic... the power of sisterhood! My mentor calls this sisterarchy. That it is essential to unite together as sisters so that not only are we living fabulous individual lives but our collective union creates transformation on this planet. Here is 2 ways I can define sisterarchy in this short video: - Standing for another woman. Sometimes we are so depleted and emotionally confused that we need another woman to stand for us to live a magnificent life. Sometimes have a sister standing at our sides makes the unfathomable possible or even easier. - Sisterarchy means being completely vulnerable. Guess what ladies? Opening your heart and sharing your desires is going to get you where you want to go much quicker than holding everything in. I know we don't like to burden others or appear weak, but when you are vulnerable and lean into sisterly love, you are creating the path for your transformation. So, here is your challenge this week. Connect with a woman in your life who is going through a challenge. Create a container for her to be heard and for her to share the exquisite depths of who she is. What might you be able to do for her so that she does not get lost in this devastation? In the comments below, how willing are you to go deep with your sisters? Do you find that you hold things in for fear of being judged or criticized? If you like this video, please subscribe to youtube channel and of course, share this with your friends. Lets engage in sisterhood! www.joanneameyacohen.com
