Perinatal Psychology and the effects of our Hormones

www.joanneameyacohen.com/wisdom There are more and more studies coming out talking about how baby's mirror their mother's emotional and physical health during pregnancy. Perinatal psychology is a profound study of looking at a baby's psychological development in utero. That means that in utero we are already learning behaviors and patterns to navigate in the world. When we are then born and in our childhood years, these patterns become solidified through various life experiences. Over the last 13 years, through my own experience and supporting hundreds of women, I have seen that we often take on our own mother's pains or fears. In my upcoming program, Cycles of Wisdom we are going to dive deep into our past pains. Our hurts. Our shadow is generally where much healing and initiation can arise. We are going to talk about our feminine legacy and how to transform it. Maybe what you learned about being a woman and having a woman's body was not powerful. Maybe what you learned about your menstrual cycle was shrouded in shame. Maybe you saw a disconnected mother. Maybe a disenfranchised woman. Maybe a woman who was so independent that she couldn't be vulnerable. We model what we see. And because we are multi-faceted holistic beings, all of this affects our present hormonal and reproductive health. In Cycles of Wisdom, there are practices that we will do that will allow for the releasing of ancestral feminine lineage wounds. Click on the link below and join this amazing group of women coming together to heal from the inside out. Everything is reparable which means that if you picked up on subtle things or you learned certain behaviors and ways of being in utero and then in childhood, they can all be transformed and healed. www.joanneameyacohen.com/wisdom
