It was all about bottling last week. We final blended then filtered the 2012 Sauvignon Blanc, 2012 Chardonnay, 2012 Pinot Noir Rosé, 2012 Pinot Noir, plus the 2011 Syrah and 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon. We also bottled all of these except the 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon last Friday! Watch our 2012 Pinot Noir Rosé go through the bottling process!
