Mira Winery made history becoming the first in the U.S. to successfully experiment with aging wine in the ocean when it recovered four cases of wine it submerged for an ocean aging experiment in the Charleston, SC Harbor. On November 6 the winery will continue upon their experiment with Phase II: submerging eight cases of wine for eight months.
