How is doing development differently evolving?

submitted by differentdev on 06/08/15 1

Participants at the 'Doing development differently: Philippines workshop' discuss how the doing development differently initiative is evolving - including by providing a model for donors for how alternative approaches could be funded; moving on from defining what 'doing development differently' is, and looking instead at the practicalities of putting the approach into practice, and by addressing the challenges of attempting to reach - and influence - a very broad set of people. Features interviews with Zack Brisson (Reboot), Tom Parks (DFAT), Anna Winoto (National Development Planning Ministry, Indonesia), Taylor Brown (theIDLgoup / GRM International) and Helen Derbyshire (SAVI Nigeria).
