bit.ly/15scAiG — Over the last 12 years, 300 women leaders have graduated from the Women’s Policy Institute program and become advocates for women and families. While in the program, these outspoken, courageous and tenacious women have helped pass 23 laws that have improved the lives of hundreds of thousands of women in California. Our graduates are not messing around. While attending the Women’s Policy Institute, they spend a year with our trainers and mentors learning the ins and outs of state public policy. They become expert researchers, organizers, public speakers and, most important, they build relationships with key legislators and community allies.
