#GivingTuesday at the Center for Medical Humanities & Ethics, UTHSCSA
Everyone knows Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Now, there’s #GivingTuesday, a global day dedicated to giving back. On Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2014, join in this worldwide celebration and new tradition of generosity by supporting the Center for Medical Humanities & Ethics at the UT Health Science Center San Antonio. More than 1,500 UT Health Science Center students annually participate in community service learning in San Antonio, South Texas and abroad. They’ve spent more than 19,000 hours benefiting nearly 14,000 people. It is because of generous donors and foundation support that our program is so unique in all of its offerings.
