In this second part, we look at how the distinct states of being must be embodied, not just pictured or described. It's not enough to struggle, one must put force into it consciously. The same is required of the withdrawal state of limpness. These states must be embodied in this exercise so that the state of grace, in which ki flows with out constriction, can be found by contrast. Ultimately we want to be able to enter this state at will and with full consciousness at any time.
