Aiki-Lab workshop in Amsterdam, Netherlands

submitted by Carl Desousa-Oldenburg on 05/25/15 1

An outline of my history in Aikido followed by an exploration into the application of beneficent intention to create ki flow in harmony with someone using wrist locks as a method of control. This lesson was the first Aiki-Lab workshop in Europe. My host David Tesselar was kind enough to allow me to offer this approach in his dojo in Amsterdam, requested by Jan Sijbrandij. Thanks to my ukes Romain Samygin and Thomas Rydell.
