In any democratic space people are allowed to speak their mind, especially when they are agitating for their rights. But it is crucial that this is done with a sense of decorum, because if it is not then the message maybe misinterpreted. Whether it was Members of Parliament in the National Assembly, County Assembly members, a group of women who felt aggrieved, the President or even the ever "talented" breed of Kenyan eyewitnesses, this week ,everybody had something to say about one thing or another.
