Weapons Defense Academy See www.weaponsdefenseacademy.com for unarmed defense against attackers armed with weapons such as knives, guns clubs, and ropes. In this video we review an empty hand escape that will help you discover proper technique for body mechanics. This is one of our many empty hand videos. Most people just try and fight against strength and just don't understand how easy it is to control the attacker. This basic technique will show you how easy it actually is. Twisted wrist or Kote Gaeshi as used in Aikido is one of the basic techniques that we use a lot in weapons defense. It does not matter if you study Krav Maga, BJJ, Aikido, Karate, Taekwondo, or kung fu. Having this great basic technique will add to your skill sets. Thumbs up and subscribe if you enjoyed the video!
