submitted by innovibe on 11/26/13 1

www.sfu.ca/continuing-studies Dr. Michael Quinn Patton, an internationally-acclaimed evaluation and social change innovation expert, joined us for an evening lecture and workshop at SFU Vancouver in February 2012. We explored the expanding landscape of evaluation within complex systems and environments. The evening included presentations supported by Canadian and international examples as well as interactive exercises that integrated more local initiative issues and scenarios. This event was for educators, planners, researchers, evaluation practitioners, and anyone interested in how a developmental evaluation framework can act as a vehicle or language to connect people, enabling them to be more effective and strategic in their social change work.
