Like Me: www.facebook.com/Antranik.org More info: antranik.org/self-massage-forearms/ Spend at least a minute on each arm. You'll find that as you keep working the area, you will find really tight bundles or knots or really tender spots. As the area warms up, you will be able to get deeper into the structures and breaking up adhesions in all those layers of muscles. Experiment with making a fist on purpose or using your other hand to un-curl your fingers as you massage your forearm. This is an exploration into your own body. This type of soft-tissue work is also known as self-myofascial release.
