Starting within Paladin, Ashley has worked his way up the ranks starting with his first Paladin position in 19-79 providing janitorial services for a site. While completing his degree in commerce, Ashley paid his way as a Security Officer. Today, as CEO of Paladin, Ashley Cooper is able to draw from experience with Paladin to provide a working environment for his employees he knows firsthand, they will appreciate. Having grown within the company has also given Ashley insight into where the security company can grow, which he believes is strongly based in new technologies, and a continued dedication to industry leading levels of training.
