We are consulting team comprised of four experienced professionals with over twenty five years of collective leadership experience specialized in the area of higher education administration. Each team member brings unique expertise, which encompasses the areas of financial operations, international program development, audit & compliance, IT corporate engagement, and work-force solutions for private, public and for-profit higher education institutions. In addition to the team’s collective experience and proficiency leading within the higher education industry, team members share a passion for organizational leadership, as well as the development and execution of strategy for the organization. Each team member is a current doctoral student enrolled within the Pepperdine Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership (EDOL) Program. As part of a 6-month long consultancy course at Pepperdine University, this consulting team has reviewed and analyzed veteran transition programs in the United States, including relevant policy and literature in order to develop a white paper for REBOOT, which they will present today.
