So you want to be a Bass Clarinet Player: Bach Cello Suite #3, Bourée 1& 2

So, this week I took a request from a student who has to play this transcription of the two Bourée movements from the 3rd Bach Cello Suite. It's transposed to an awful range for the bass clarinet (it's actually from the Voxman Classical Studies book, which is a terrific book for clarinet). I suggest a few approaches to how to handle this range, and how to approach this piece stylistically.
