Stuffed chicken breast with spinach, tomato & goat cheese, side of brown rice. (traduccion abajo) Ingredients for 1-2 servings: 7oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup spinach, 2 thin tomato slices, 2 tbsp goat cheese crumble. Seasonings include: chili powder, cumin, garlic and Bragg's Liquid Aminos. Approx macros for entire stuffed breast WITHOUT brown rice: 279 calories, 48g protein, 3g carbs, 5g fat Pechuga de pollo rellena de espinacas, tomate y queso de cabra, con el arroz integral. Ingredientes para 1-2 personas: 7oz de pechuga de pollo, 1/2 taza de espinacas, 2 rodajas de tomate finas, 2 cucharadas de queso de cabra. Los condimentos son: el chile en polvo, comino, ajo y Aminos Líquidos de Bragg.
