Space owners can list their unused spaces. Renters can discover spaces in their area, get information on their reputation, check their availability and book them immediately. For each booking, Letsmake charges a booking fee from the renter and a transaction fee from the owner. Letsmake helps people who need special space and equipment to build, make, create, do what they love - like the band that is in need of a rehearsal room, or the family living downtown that is dreaming of a garden to grow vegetables.
