In their last year of school, 11 college seniors prepare to perform at a New York Showcase. Four years of preparation and their future are at stake in this once in a lifetime chance. With $120,000 invested in their college careers, and a lifetime of dreaming, they have 2 and a half minutes on stage in front of an audience of casting directors, talent agents, producers, and others who have the power to propel their budding careers. They must compete against their own friends and amongst thousands of other students in New York. Whoever manages to get an agent will enter the professional world through the front door; the rest will have to keep on fighting as anonymous actors and start finding new ways to make a living.
