The Power Deck Squat will tone your abs, and work your butt and thighs in this lower body exercise. Start by grasping a dumbbell with both hands to your chest. Slowly lower your butt to your heels then roll onto your back, tucking your knees to your chest. Roll forward, plant your heels firmly on the ground, and then come back to standing position. To make this crossfit exercise more difficult, add a jump at the end. Remember to breathe through the exercise and to keep your core muscles engaged. Do two sets of six reps. This lower body exercise will get you fit and keep your heart rate up!
