Although The Tuckerman Hall Psychiatric Center in Middletown, New York may be abandoned, it seems as if the 140 year old facility might have acquired a few new inpatients with the arrival of Shabaam Sahdeeq (S-Dub), Skeezo and Mic Handz. The trio put on a clinical demonstration of how to properly grind and hustle amidst the insanity of the modern day rap game, with "Grustle" , the debut video off French producer Alterbeats' sophomore compilation LP, Class Struggle, which becomes available on CD and digital download on October 29th.. stay tuned!
