Here I am in Northern Vietnam by myself. Everyone loves Vietnamese che. You've all eaten it before. This is a version of it in Bac Ha in Northern Vietnam in the middle of the night. I'm not a big fan though, but these balls were delicious. The texture was really interesting and the ginger sauce made it spectacular. And all homemade from scratch too.
