On April 22, 2012 (EarthDay!) we got together with volunteers to activate our first DreemGardens work party at The Windmill Cafe in Santa Cruz, CA. This local business has a beautiful little garden that they use in their delicious plates (www.WindmillCafeSantaCruz.com). The mission of DreemGardens is: To educate and empower individuals and community food systems by building gardens, sharing resources, and helping each other out!
