REceived an urgent call from cath lab while I was doing a CABG, regarding stent impaction in left main coronary artery. assured them to take the case immediately afterclosing first case. meanwhile they kept on trying to snare the stent. ultimately patient was shifted to OT and a CABG was done on beating heart followed by an on pump aortotomy & stent removal.
