Aiko Hiraiwa is a glass blowing artist in western Tokyo. Inspired by Ryukyu glass tradition in Okinawa, she uses recycled glass bottles for her work. She apprenticed under renowned artist Masao Tobaru for seven years before finally setting up her light-filled studio, The Rainbow Leaf. www.rainbowleaf.jp
