Let's Clarify SECTION 4 of the USAPA Pickleball Rules and mitigate the use of the "Side Armed" & "Cocked Wrist" Serves. This will compel all players to utilize the Underhanded, Upward Arc motion to put the ball into play. When comparing BOTH methods of Serving, the Underhanded (Bowling or Slo~Pitch Motion) is rarely, if ever called into question. Not so with the "Cocked Wrist" / Side Armed (Rackball or Fast Pitch motion) which borders on Illegality in many instances.
